RULES OF PARTICIPATION
This program is designed to help eXp agents build farm teams and exclusive referral networks by recruiting agents: (A) licensed with an outside brokerage, or (B) hold an inactive real estate license. Pilots are strictly prohibited from recruiting agents who are currently affiliated with eXp Realty.
Although pilots are encouraged to use their best efforts to recruit non-eXp agents in all 50 states, any participant who recruits (or attempts to recruit) any current eXp agent will be immediately terminated from the program. Current eXp agents must be encouraged to go through the same offboarding channels that are already in place.
This program is currently being tested in CA, GA, NJ, OR, and TX. However, depending on the overall success, engagement levels, and outcomes of this pilot, eXp Realty may consider expanding the program into additional states at a later date, providing broader opportunities for participation and growth.

Realty Connect is a nationwide LFRO (Licensed For Referral Only) real estate brokerage. eXp Realty acquired Realty Connect in June, 2024.
